The text tag tool

Text tags are used for pasting short texts so that they can be seen in the actual view. Common uses for this are very short descriptive texts and also measurements of features (e.g. the size of a damage to the object). These texts are not multi-lingual (they can only be in a single language without translations). Selecting the text tag tool opens a window for entering the text to place in the view. This can then be placed one or more times by simply tapping with the pen in the view.
