Hide view name and/or remark code legend on printouts

When creating a new view

1. In the Configure view window, click to toggle the Printout settings checkboxes.

For an existing view

1. Open the Report menu and select Manage images and views.
2. Select the view and click the Configure button.
3. Click to toggle the Printout settings checkboxes.
4. In the Configure view window, click OK.
5. In the Manage images and views window, click OK.
