Edit your default printout settings
When you print a report, the Content settings and Presentation settings have default values. If you find that you always change some settings when printing, you can change these default values so that you do not need to make the same changes again and again.
- In the organiser, click the Settings button.
- In the Settings window, click Default printout settings.
- Make your changes, and then click OK.
From now on, when you print reports these will be the default settings.
